Tyne Theatre & Opera House, one of the UK’s most beautiful heritage venues is looking for a Head of Guest Experience to step into the spotlight and join our team.
This is a newly created, pivotal leadership role where you’ll drive positive and unforgettable experiences. From the first ticket booked to the final curtain call you’ll manage our Front of House and Bar teams. This opportunity will shape the way our audiences enjoy themselves night after night, show after show.
Job Title: Head of Guest Experience
Reports to: General Manager
Appointed by: Interview Panel
Period of Appointment: 37.5 hours per week
Salary: £31.5K per annum
Purpose of Role
To lead Tyne Theatre & Opera House’s guest experience team (Bars & Front of House). Working with the senior management team to steer the operation through a period of development and deliver excellence in our guest experience offering.
