Box Office Update

We’ve been working over the past few months to bring our box office system in-house, which means that the way you book tickets and receive help with booking tickets will change.

This move will allow us to:

  • better assist audience members with making and amending bookings
  • offer a more streamlined booking process for our audiences
  • have more control over our booking fees

We ask for your patience while we transition from one system to another, but below is an overview of everything you need to know about making bookings with us going forward:

  • All existing bookings made in person at our box office, on the phone or online with Eventim (or other official 3rd party ticket agents) will remain valid. Your existing physical tickets or e-tickets will remain valid for the same performance in the same seats
  • From Friday 2nd August, you will be able to book tickets for our shows online via our website, on the phone or in-person with our box office team (during box office opening hours).
  • For the time being, our box office opening hours (where you can book on the phone or in-person) will remain the same: Mon-Fri 10am-3:30pm, or until show start if there is a show on that evening
  • Booking fees (£2 per ticket, unless otherwise stated) will apply to all sales regardless of how you book. These fees will help us cover the cost of running our box office department and new system, whilst almost always undercutting the ‘10% per ticket’ booking fees charged by our previous ticketing agent.
  • Ticket delivery options are: e-tickets (free of charge), collect at box office (£2), posted via Royal Mail (£3)
  • Accessible bookings: So that our team can be sure we can meet all your requirements, all accessible bookings must be made directly with our box office team (on the phone, or in-person). Our team may ask you to provide proof of eligibility, if not previously provided, to be able to book specific seats and required carer tickets. Once registered on our system, we should be able to make future bookings without needing to see proof again.
