Are my tickets from 2020 valid?
If you had tickets for Sleeping Beauty for 2020 (before it was rescheduled to this year), you will need to collect new tickets from the box office prior to the show. Box office is open 10am-3:30pm Mon-Fri (or for 60mins before a show).

What is your COVID policy?
Our full COVID policy can be found here. We do not ask for proof of vaccine or negative test as a condition of entry. In line with government guidance, from the 10th December 2021 face coverings are mandatory to wear at all times whilst in the Theatre for everyone aged 11+, except when eating and drinking in your seats (face shields / visors are not an alternative). You will be required to purchase a mask from box office on arrival if you do not bring your own. If you are exempt from wearing a face covering, it would help our front of house staff and fellow audience members if you wear an exemption lanyard or badge.

Does a child need a ticket?
In our policy children 18 months or younger classify as babes in arms and will not need a ticket. Children over 18 months old will need a ticket, even if you want to keep them on your lap. Those under the age of 16 (and over 60) qualify for a concession ticket.

Do you have a place for buggies / prams?
We have a buggy park at the back of the auditorium Stalls level. However, there is very limited space so we ask that you please leave your buggy at home, if possible.

Do you have booster seats?
We do have booster seats but they are limited and first come, first serve – please ask a member of staff upon arrival. It’s also perfectly acceptable if you want to keep your child on your knee as long as they’re not obstructing the view for people behind you.

Can I bring my own refreshments?
Our bars will be open and serving drinks and refreshments prior the show and during intervals. You may also bring you own refreshments, however no hot food, glass or alcohol is permitted and we ask that you please tidy up after yourselves and use the bins provided.
