Job Title:  Casual Bar Staff

Reports to:  Bar Manager / Assistant Bar Manager

Salary:  £11.44 per hour

Purpose of Role: To provide service to customers watching a show at the Tyne Theatre and Opera House pre-show, during the show and during the interval.

Casual Hours

The post will include evening and weekend shifts.

 Key Responsibilities

• Serving on one of the bars pre-show, during and interval.
• Handling both cash and working the till.
• Maintenance of the bar and keeping the bar clean and tidy.
• Stocking up the bars, cellars, and storage rooms.
• General housekeeping.
• Health and Safety.
• Good customer service.

 Role Requirements

• Previous customer service experience, although training will be given.
• Polite and helpful manner.
